Job Summary
Conduct safety inspections and audits to assess risks associated with equipment, materials, and processes. Identify hazards that may cause injury, illness, or property damage and provide employees with training on lockout/tagout, hazard communication, and emergency procedures. Assist managers in establishing regulatory objectives and lead the facility Safety Committee to ensure corporate consistency across compliance teams. Monitor employee compliance with established safety programs and participate in accident investigations while ensuring adherence to all safety, health, and environmental regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Safety Science, Safety Technology, Safety Management, Industrial Hygiene or related field
- Must possess strong organizational and verbal & written communication skills
- Must possess strong leadership and people skills
- Must accept the Employment Application Consent Form
- Must accept a drug free workplace policy
- Must be onsite
