Job Summary
Maintain broad technical expertise in EHS, including environmental compliance, permitting, reporting, and program development across air quality, wastewater, hazardous materials, and emergency preparedness. Represent EHS expertise in new business and cross-selling efforts while providing technical proposal development and product support. Manage assigned projects from initial set-up through client invoicing, establish technical quality standards for written products, and assist the Business Unit leader with account development and retention. Achieve individual revenue goals and deliver services within client-specified deadlines. Requires a four-year degree in environmental science, health, safety, industrial hygiene, or engineering, plus comprehensive knowledge of EHS regulations and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Four year college degree from a regionally-accredited institution in environmental science, health, safety, industrial hygiene, or engineering
- comprehensive and in-depth knowledge of Environmental, Health and Safety responsibilities, regulations, procedures and business practices, including general broad knowledge of Environmental, Health and Safety best management practices
- Experience with monitoring / reporting program success through metrics
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel, Access, Word, Power Point and Outlook) as well as multiple database software programs, financial tools, and project management programs
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy with strong time management skills
- Excellent written and communication skills required for general correspondence, report preparation and service proposal development
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility, travel, and work independently
