Job Summary
Investigate incidents and provide guidance to reduce and prevent future occurrences. Perform surveys and sampling techniques to ensure controls are in place. Manage metrics for sustainability and certifications such as UL Zero Waste. Support the EHS team in aligning New Business Opportunities with current programs and managing environmental permits including air, waste water, and spill prevention. Participate in the Emergency Response Team organization and interface with engineers and facilities personnel on escalations. Work on annual or key review projects as needed for the site. This 40-hour/week in-person Fall 2025 co-op is available to currently enrolled undergraduates with a science background.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled undergrad student
- Pursuing Science or related degree
- Available to work 40 hours/week (in-person) for the semester
- Currently enrolled in 4-year accredited university
- 3.0 minimum GPA
