EHS Clinical Coordinator/Medical Assistant

Coordinate and assist with patient flow, review charts for current information, and ensure appropriate medical records and services are documented to support Associate health and safety. Administer immunizations, collect specimens for clinical testing, and perform Respirator Fit testing as needed. Clean, prepare, and stock exam rooms for daily activity while monitoring inventory and ordering supplies. Act as a liaison between support services, clinical divisions, and leadership to keep stakeholders informed of delays. Review and enter documents to ensure all pre-employment requirements are completed prior to new Associate employment. Serve as a backup for fellow clinical and clerical positions across all Employee Health sites.
