Job Summary
EHS Assistant Manager will oversee fire & emergency safety, daily safety operations, and compliance programs. Responsibilities include checking fire pump rooms, monitoring smoke ventilation and pressurization, maintaining fire safety equipment, conducting evacuation drills, handling hot work permits, PPE inspections, incident investigations, and ensuring ISO certifications (9001/14001/45001) are current. The role involves risk assessments, regulatory compliance, training staff, contractor briefings, safety campaigns, and coordinating with multiple teams to maintain safety documentation and readiness. The position requires a degree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, EHS, or Safety and at least 8 years of relevant experience in facilities, property management, hospitality, or construction.
