Job Summary
Coordinate EHS and facilities activities for a global climate technologies company. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets; engage external vendors and contractors for construction and moving services; oversee civil construction for office modifications or site preparation; ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards; collaborate with Finance, HR, IT, and Operations to manage dependencies and minimize disruptions; identify risks and changes in scope, and regularly report status and budgets to leadership; support procurement and vendor evaluations; drive standardization and continuous improvement in project execution across countries.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of Health & Safety (HS) practices and compliance
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Engage and manage external vendors and contractors for construction, moving services
- Oversee civil construction activities related to office modifications or new site preparation
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and safety standards
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT, and Operations teams to manage project dependencies
- Identify and resolve project risks, issues, and changes in scope
- Regularly report project status, milestones, and budget performance to leadership
- Support procurement processes and vendor evaluations for relevant projects
- Drive standardization and continuous improvement in project execution across countries
