EHS Analyst (Temporary – 1 Year)

Job Summary
EHS Analyst (Temporary – 1 Year) will analyze, prevent, and control Environmental, Health, and Safety risks in plant operations, ensure compliance with Mexican regulations and corporate EHS requirements, deliver and coordinate EHS training programs (inductions, critical topics, campaigns, and refreshers), implement and monitor the Industrial Hygiene program (hazard identification, PPE, and monitoring), conduct safety and environmental inspections with timely closure of corrective actions, promote a strong safety culture through communication and on-floor leadership, and identify risks/opportunities through Management of Change processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Environmental, Chemical Engineering, Safety, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in EHS roles within manufacturing or industrial environments
- Knowledge of Mexican EHS regulations
- Experience in Industrial Hygiene and monitoring (agents, PPE, air quality, etc.)
- Experience delivering training and managing documentation
- Strong communication, teamwork, and follow-up skills
- Conversational English
