EHS Advisor / Lead

Job Summary
Conduct daily site audits, inspections, and risk assessments while enforcing adherence to statutory provisions, PSCS plans, and project safety management systems. Coordinate method statements, permits to work, and toolbox talks; manage hazardous substances, waste reduction programs, and welfare facilities. Lead accident investigations, ensure sub-contractor compliance, and liaise with project management on environmental and safety issues. Maintain accurate records of statutory inspections and corrective actions. Requires 7+ years of experience on large construction sites, including data centers, with team management capabilities. Required Qualifications
- Relevant qualification in Environmental, Health & Safety
- 7+ years' experience of managing environmental, health and safety on large construction sites
- Experience working on Data Centres
- 5+ years managing a team of EHS advisors
- Thorough knowledge of current environmental, health and safety legislation
- Flexibility in working patterns where necessary
- Ability to efficiently manage all environmental, health and safety issues on site
- Strong communication & computer skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and possess strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Close attention to detail
- Good team-working skills
