Job Summary
EHS Administrator will be based onsite at the Campsie, Northern Ireland facility and provide administrative support for the EHS function. Responsibilities include supporting the EHS Team and managers, maintaining EHS training records and ensuring renewals, ensuring records comply with ISO 14001/45001, coordinating training to meet legislative requirements, promoting reporting of SIF-P, managing SOPs/RA/training plans and data, recording accidents/near misses, preparing monthly global safety KPI reports, conducting weekly/monthly checks of first aid and fire equipment, monitoring air leaks and hazardous waste, coordinating occupational health surveillance appointments and communications, maintaining COSHH data and risk communication, supporting compliance audit checklists, managing inspections and defect actions, and distributing safety memos and communications. Preferred experience includes at least 1 year in an administrative role, proficiency with Microsoft Office/Excel, a valid driving license, and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in administrative role (desirable)
