Job Summary
Deliver engaging EHR training and onboarding experiences for new and existing staff while creating user-friendly training materials, job aids, videos, and knowledge resources. Partner with clinical and operational teams to identify workflow improvements and support the testing, validation, and implementation of EHR enhancements and new system features. Provide technical troubleshooting and end-user support, utilizing reporting tools, SQL, Power BI, and other data resources to ensure data integrity and monitor training effectiveness for continuous adoption improvement. This non-exempt, hourly role includes overtime eligibility and requires a background in IT or systems with 2-3 years of experience supporting EHR systems and data validation.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2-3 years of experience supporting EHR systems, healthcare operations, technical training, help desk support, or information systems
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, Power Query, reporting, data validation, or EHR report writing
- Strong communication, presentation, documentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to simplify technical concepts and make them accessible to users with varying levels of technical expertise
