Job Summary
EHR Training and Content Development Specialist focused on implementing and optimizing NextGen EHR across clinical, behavioral health, residential, and administrative departments. Responsibilities include developing user-focused training materials, translating workflows into efficient EHR processes, delivering in-person and virtual training for providers, clinicians, and administrative staff, creating job aids and e-learning modules, collaborating with SMEs, evaluating training effectiveness, maintaining version-controlled documentation, and ensuring content meets regulatory and workflow requirements. Also supports onboarding, system testing, and ongoing optimization within Hope Network’s learning environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the field of education content creation
- Experience with NextGen EHR in clinical, behavioral health, residential, or administrative settings
- Experience with learning management system development and maintenance
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal formats
- Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and complete multiple tasks
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to support and articulate the mission of Hope Network
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the field of education content creation
