EHR Training and Content Development Specialist

Job Summary
Develop clear, user-focused training materials and job aids tailored to clinical, behavioral health, and administrative workflows. Create instructional videos, e-learning modules, and quick-reference guides while collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure content meets regulatory and workflow requirements. Deliver in-person and virtual training for providers, clinicians, and administrative staff, and support onboarding and ongoing training for new NextGen users. Analyze workflows to translate them into efficient, compliant EHR processes and assist with system optimization and troubleshooting. Survey stakeholders to identify educational needs and systematically evaluate the efficacy of training programs to drive continuous improvement. Maintain version-controlled documentation and work with the learning management system to support Hope Network's mission.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in the field of education content creation
- Experience working with EHR in clinical, behavioral health, residential, or administrative settings
- Experience with learning management system development and maintenance
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal formats
- Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and complete multiple tasks
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to support and articulate the mission of Hope Network
- 3 years experience in the field of education content creation
- Driver's License
Desired Qualifications
