Job Summary
Manage the 2Life Communities Opus business model by supporting Enterprise and Stand-Alone Applications, configuring new EHR platforms, and guiding critical care plans. Extract and synthesize data from the EHR System to build self-service reports and develop operations dashboards based on KPIs for each department. Collaborate with Programs and Volunteer managers on scheduling, tracking, and event management while administering dining staff shift tracking and POS software. Train end users on system nuances and streamline workflows to meet reporting needs for staff and senior management within a hybrid environment in Massachusetts.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing an EHR system, working with end users to make the system as streamlined as possible
- Comfort with creating and meeting the reporting needs of staff and senior management
- Excellent organization and project management skills
- Experience working in a collaborative group setting
- Great communication skills and the ability to capture team consensus within the organization
- Attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and with a team, with a well-defined mission
- Being a self-starter who proactively identifies and resolves issues
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with building clinical workflows
- Experience working for a not-for-profit organization
- Experience with Salesforce
- Experience working with data analysis tools like Google Looker Studio/Power BI/Tableau
- Experience in a service role in person and remote
