Job Summary
Lead clinical systems strategy and administration for the Netsmart MyUnity EHR, partnering with clinical leaders to align technology solutions with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. Serve as the escalation point for complex system issues, oversee vendor coordination, and manage ticketing systems to ensure timely resolution. Direct cross-functional workgroups to analyze workflows, document requirements, and optimize efficiency while participating in an after-hours support rotation. Manage the full lifecycle of clinical IT projects from planning and configuration to training and post-implementation support, ensuring sustainable adoption and governance. Develop and adhere to the annual department operating budget while hiring, developing, and retaining staff. Ensure compliance with state, federal, and Agrace policies.
Required Qualifications
- Three years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Two years or more supporting EHR or related clinical systems
- Two years or more of project management experience
- Strong strategic thinking ability with bias towards execution and urgency
- Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
- Experience in identifying, communicating and managing high value process improvement opportunities
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skill
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Experience using industry specific software
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to be flexible in time and task to meet organizational needs
- Ability to maintain confidentiality about patients, families, caregivers, staff, donors, and organizational intellectual property
- Must be available for after-hours support rotation
- Must be able to participate in an after-hours support rotation
