Job Summary
Facilitate in-person classroom training and provide day-to-day first-level application and technical support for EHR applications to providers, front and back-office staff, and remote clinic users. Deliver orientation, pre-live onboarding, and post-live training on PMGNTX Best Practice processes and EHR software while diagnosing and resolving user problems through discussion. Participate in major upgrades, updates, and testing as needed, and assist internal system users at the Central Business Office. This role requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel to clinics in North Texas. Candidates must be able to stand for up to eight hours daily, comply with HIPAA regulations, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Three years' clinical experience working as a Medical Assistant
- Strong knowledge of ambulatory practice workflows
- Strong knowledge of extended medical terminology
- Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be willing to travel to clinics in North Texas
- Must be able to be on their feet for up to 8 hours at a time
- Must be punctual
- Must be able to adapt to varying schedules as needed
