Job Summary
Execute EHR site discovery, education, and user analysis for Parkview Health and Connect Clients, traveling on-site to complete Pre-Go-Live training and support end users during Go-Live. Conduct classroom sessions, webinars, and one-on-one education while performing instructional design duties to evaluate and adapt content based on learner needs. Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to optimize EHR usage, identify workflow improvements, and transfer knowledge to the client base. Requires an Associate's degree in healthcare, education, or IT with 3+ years of experience; Epic credentialing within two months of hire is mandatory. Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to four weeks are required.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in healthcare, education, information technology, or related field
- Epic Credentialing Status obtained in 1 application, within 2 months of hire
- Status must remain up-to-date
- Must remain current with all versions of the electronic health record
- Valid Driver's license
- 3 years experience in education, healthcare or other comparable position
- Travel away from home for extended periods (up to 4 weeks)
- Primary focus on Epic EHR
- Must be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of computer/technology skills, including general Microsoft Office products
- Must be able to perform basic EHR build functionality, including login block restrictions and user customization
- Ability to communicate, both verbally and written, effectively with technical teams, as well as operational leaders and end users
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel to various organizational locations to meet the needs of the user community
Desired Qualifications

- 5 years experience in education, healthcare or other comparable position
- Demonstrated knowledge of EHR and data analytics
- Proven ability to perform multiple priorities and work effectively in an ever-changing and fast-paced environment
