EHR Certified Analyst II - Epic HB/PB Claims

Job Summary
Responsible for design, analysis, testing, installation, and support activities for Epic HB/PB Claims within the hospital network of integrated computer systems. Serves as a technical coordinator between departments and outside vendors; obtains Epic knowledge through training and certification projects. Completes Epic certifications, participates in task orders, develops test plans, goes-live support, end-user training, and maintains system documentation. Involves coordination with vendor selection, change management, and ongoing optimization to ensure accurate hospital and professional billing workflows (Resolute Hospital/Professional Billing, Remittance, and related modules).
Required Qualifications
- Two to three years’ experience with Information technology application development, training, and implementation in a healthcare setting
- Must have at least five years of Epic experience
- Must have at least two Epic certifications and be proficient in assigned module
- Epic certifications required
