Job Summary
EHR and Billing Support Specialist providing first-level healthcare client support for EHR and billing software; responsibilities include handling inbound support calls, documenting issues in the CRM, participating in daily ticket reviews, following up on resolved issues, escalating complex technical issues, maintaining high customer service levels while managing multiple requests, learning software updates and system enhancements, and collaborating with remote team members to ensure consistent support; requires knowledge of EHR systems and medical billing, strong English communication, interpersonal and customer-service skills, familiarity with Windows 10/11, healthcare terminology, and prior software/technical support experience in healthcare; schedule is Monday–Friday across PST and Manila time, with work-from-home setup.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate; college-level education is an advantage but not required
- At least one (1) year of recent experience in medical billing
- At least one (1) year of recent experience working with EHR systems
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal, listening, and customer service skills
- Working knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems and related devices
- Ability to follow instructions, learn quickly, and adapt to new technologies and processes
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of healthcare and medical terminology
- Previous experience providing software or technical support within a healthcare environment
