Job Summary
Partner with Regional EHS Manager and plant leadership to strengthen safety culture across multiple manufacturing locations. Lead facility safety inspections, investigate incidents to uncover root causes, and analyze trends to develop continuous improvement strategies. Support safety reviews for new equipment and processes while delivering training to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company standards. Champion proactive safety initiatives and employee engagement programs to influence positive behaviors and build a culture where safety is everyone's responsibility.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Health & Safety, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 2-4 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and workplace safety regulations
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Experience with hazard identification, risk assessment, and incident investigation
