EH&S Specialist

Conduct inspections to identify hazards and ensure regulatory compliance, then develop corrective actions to mitigate risks and improve safety. Manage health and safety programs covering emergency response, training, occupational health, and safety equipment maintenance. Respond to incidents, maintain accurate records, and assist with environmental programs including sample collection and hazardous waste management. Develop visual aids for training and participate in ISO 14001 and 45001 audits. Conduct training on best practices, hazards, and regulations while supporting second shift as needed. Bachelor's degree required with 4+ years of EHS experience; OSHA certification preferred. Willingness to travel to other California locations.
