EH&S Manager

Enforce Loenbro's safety policies, procedures, and training programs across all site activities while leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of field safety professionals. Conduct daily site audits, inspections, and hazard assessments to ensure full regulatory and corporate compliance, then lead incident and near-miss investigations to identify root causes and drive corrective actions. Maintain accurate documentation including safety metrics, reports, permits, and regulatory logs while collaborating with project leadership, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies to advance safety initiatives. Support planning and execution of high-risk activities including electrical work and critical lifts, and promote a strong, proactive safety culture through coaching, training, and engagement with the workforce. This management-level role provides day-to-day safety leadership on a major data center project in West Valley Phoenix, AZ.
