EH&S Manager

EH&S Manager responsible for developing and overseeing environment, health, and safety programs at Just-Evotec Biologics’ Redmond site, partnering with production, technical, lab, and facilities teams to monitor and advance EHS initiatives, conduct risk assessments, develop controls, lead training efforts, manage inspection programs and compliance, and act as the face for contractor safety while ensuring high-risk activities are properly vetted and employees are trained. Requires strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, incident investigations, and ability to implement digital tools to enhance risk assessment, inspection oversight, and chemical management. Emphasis on regulatory adherence, safety culture, and driving EHS performance across R&D and cGMP biologics operations.
