Job Summary
EH&S Manager needed to lead site-wide environmental, health, and safety programs at a key manufacturing site. Responsibilities include developing and implementing EH&S strategies and procedures aligned with global standards and local regulations, ensuring regulatory compliance with environmental permits and health and safety laws, leading incident investigations and corrective actions, delivering EH&S training and safety engagement campaigns, conducting internal audits and regulatory reporting, and collaborating with production, maintenance, engineering, and corporate EH&S teams to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. Must be a proactive, principled leader with strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills, capable of navigating complex regulatory environments and promoting a culture of safety and sustainability.
