Job Summary
Lead environmental health and safety program at a chemical manufacturing facility, owning permits and regulatory reporting, leading incident investigations, and designing training programs. Drive a safety-focused culture, mentor the team, and drive continuous improvement. Must have 7–10+ years in safety management, strong knowledge of OSHA/EPA/DOT/state regulations, and the ability to coach from shop floor to leadership; a bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Safety Management, Chemical Engineering, or related field is required (CIH/CSP/CHP certification a plus).

- experience leading root cause analyses
