EH&S Manager - 1st shift

Job Summary
EH&S Manager will be part of the Decorah leadership team, onsite for 1st shift, responsible for developing and implementing EH&S programs, conducting accident investigations, maintaining EPA hazardous waste records, coordinating wastewater and air emission sampling, ensuring compliance with EH&S laws and regulations, conducting audits, providing training, and serving as the technical consultant on EH&S issues across the facility; role requires collaboration with management, regulatory interaction, and support for permitting, documentation, and safety programs (SPCC/SWPPP, hazard communication, lockout/tagout, waste minimization, hearing conservation, etc.).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent prior work experience in EH&S role
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of OSHA and EPA rules and regulations
- Knowledge of ISO14001
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated; proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
