Job Summary
Implement the all-new EGYM program by onboarding members, training them on equipment usage, and following up on their progress. Meet and greet members and guests to promote the initiative while enforcing fitness floor rules and policies. Lead the Teens in Training Course, coordinate EGYM events, and assist with cleaning the fitness area. Recruit and sell EGYM packages to drive program success. This energetic role requires a certified personal trainer with strong customer service skills to guide members of all ages through the EGYM experience. Free gym membership and tuition assistance are included.
Required Qualifications
- Fitness experience or certified personal trainer
- Strong Relationship and Customer Service Skills
- Background in heath and wellness
- Required to attend EGYM training
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
