Job Summary
Corporate BD & Marketing Senior Specialist to support EGVC initiatives within a law firm’s Corporate practice. Drives venture-focused outreach alongside lawyers and cross-functional teams; supports pitches, proposals, marketing collateral, CRM/pipeline tracking, directories and awards, and events. Responsibilities include coordinating events (branding, sponsorships, logistics, follow-up), developing venture-capital content, assisting with partner integration, ensuring on-brand deliverables with design/communications/digital teams, maintaining CRM records and dashboards, analyzing market trends, supporting BD/marketing for onboarding of new lawyers, and assisting with marketing budgets. Requires collaboration across teams, strong written/verbal communication, proficiency in Word/Excel/PowerPoint, comfort with AI and CRM tools, and the ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines. Minimum Education is a Bachelor's degree; 5 years’ experience in a professional services marketing/BD role. Hybrid work arrangement with offices in Palo Alto, Los Angeles, San Diego, or San Francisco.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in marketing and/or business development in a professional services environment
