Job Summary
Evaluate functional capacities of users, develop and manage personalized intervention plans, and promote patient autonomy. Recommend technical aids and adapt environments as needed. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality care while ensuring clinical follow-up and maintaining records according to standards. Serve adult and pediatric clients across several mandates in a full-time, four-day schedule with on-call rotation. Transportation and housing are provided, along with per diem for days worked.
Required Qualifications
- Diplôme universitaire en ergothérapie
- Membre en règle de l'Ordre des ergothérapeutes du Québec (OEQ)
- Permis de conduire
- Voiture pour se déplacer
- Autonomie
- Professionnalisme
