Job Summary

Egaming Specialist responsible for hands-on implementation, maintenance, and support of AIM’s adaptive technology and gaming equipment program (VR devices, consoles, PCs, 3D printers). Drives installation, troubleshooting, upgrades, and operational oversight of the Gaming Center, while delivering technical support for players, assisting in delivering adaptive gaming programs and events, and ensuring accessibility needs are met. Requires familiarity with Esports platforms and gaming hardware, strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities, clear communication with technical and non-technical audiences, organizational rigor, and a collaborative team approach. Bachelor’s degree preferred with minimum 3 years of experience in assistive or gaming technology; proficient in Word, Excel, and web-based systems.
