Job Summary
Product Owner – Industrial & Manufacturing Software needed to bridge complex business needs with cross-functional delivery teams. Translate industrial user needs into clear, prioritized product requirements; act as a domain expert in manufacturing/software; own and maintain the product backlog (user stories, acceptance criteria, prioritization); collaborate with Design, Engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, data-driven digital experiences in industrial, manufacturing, or construction environments; facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders; support evolution of product practices within the team. Requires a Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or related field, 5+ years in PO/PM roles within manufacturing or industrial software, 5+ years collaborating with agile teams, 3+ years with PMS/MES/PLM, proven experience with end users (plant managers, engineers, operators), willingness to work onsite in the US during the first six months, and advanced English proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner and/or Product Manager in manufacturing, production, or industrial software environments
- 5+ years of experience collaborating with agile delivery teams (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid)
- 3+ years of experience with industrial systems such as Product Management Systems (PMS), MES, PLM, or similar production-focused platforms
- Proven experience working directly with industrial or construction end users (e.g., plant managers, engineers, operators, production stakeholders)
- Willingness to work onsite at the US office frequently during the first six months of the contract
- Advanced English level
