Job Summary
EG Sales Executive responsibilities include arranging visits to potential customers to present KONE products to achieve order targets and market share, handling pre-order services such as traffic analysis, layout sketches, and bid submissions, maintaining close contact with customers to follow up on bid status, providing bid information and feedback to the sales manager, negotiating sales contracts per company policy, and arranging contract signing and deposit collection. The role operates within KONE's culture emphasizing collaboration, ethics, and customer-focused execution in the elevator/escalator industry.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in sales or business development preferred
- Ability to arrange client visits, present products, handle bid documentation and contracts
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience with tender/bid submissions and pre-sales activities
- Customer relationship management and reporting to sales manager
