Job Summary
IT Support Engineer role with NCS Group focusing on end-user support, client platform troubleshooting, incident response, service requests, asset management, user account management, and server administration to enable software distribution and patch management. Responsible for monitoring service levels, delivering progress reports, participating in client platform implementations/upgrades, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring deliverables meet SLAs. Requires a related diploma/degree and 1+ years in technology administration/desktop support; network knowledge and MS Office proficiency are advantageous. Based in Singapore with in-person work arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Computer / Electronic Engineering or equivalent discipline
- Minimum 1 and more years related experience in Technology Administration, Desktop Support and in Tech Refresh projects
- Some Network knowledge will be an advantage
- Computer literacy in MS Office
- Proficiency in Technology will be added advantage
