Job Summary
Helpdesk and Concierge Engineer (M365) provides SME-level support within the service desk for Microsoft 365 ecosystems, including user account management, mailbox configuration, and issue resolution. Owns first-call resolution via phone and email, performs first-level troubleshooting, escalates to resolver groups as needed, maintains case documentation, updates customers on issue status, and coordinates with second-level support for product enhancements. Must have strong fluency in English and experience supporting Windows OS, Active Directory, and M365 apps (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, Copilot, Intune). Preferred certifications include Microsoft 365 Certified: Fundamentals (MS-900) and CompTIA A+. Location: Singapore. Contract role with in-person remote option, no relocation details specified beyond the stated location.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma with minimum 2 years of end-user support or service desk experience
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Strong technical skills in supporting desktops, notebooks, tablets, and smartphones
- Knowledge and experience of Windows OS, Active Directory, and M365 (Microsoft) ecosystems / applications
