Job Summary
Administer, configure and maintain MT4/MT5 servers and related trading platform components to ensure stability, availability, security and performance of trading infrastructure. Configure and support trading conditions, margins, groups, symbols and related platform parameters; manage connections to liquidity providers, trading bridges, aggregation engines and LP connectors. Monitor production trading systems, investigate alerts and incidents, participate in on-call support and post-incident analysis; participate in change management, testing, deployment, validation and audit-trail maintenance. Provide technical support to Trading, Risk, Business, Client Support, Compliance and other internal departments; generate regular/ad-hoc SQL-based reports; review logs and platform events for issues and improvements; contribute to development of internal tooling and trading infrastructure; maintain comprehensive documentation and drive process improvements in line with market standards.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in MT4/MT5 server administration
- Practical understanding of trading platform operations in a brokerage/fintech/financial services environment
- Basic knowledge of FX, CFDs, stocks, ETFs and other traded instruments
- Windows Server administration; Linux knowledge is an advantage
- Understanding of networking concepts and services; connectivity troubleshooting
- Knowledge of SQL and database concepts; MySQL experience is an advantage
- Ability to analyze logs, investigate technical issues and work with production incidents
- Understanding of information security, access control and audit trail principles
- Experience with change management and controlled production deployment processes
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and support business-critical trading operations
- Upper-Intermediate English level or higher
- Experience with monitoring/observability tools (e.g., Zabbix, Grafana)
- Knowledge of MT4/MT5 Manager API, Admin API or other platform integration interfaces
- Basic scripting or programming knowledge
- Experience with market data vendors and financial data feeds
- Understanding of FIX API, REST APIs or other financial system integration protocols
