EFT/POS Field Technician

Install, maintain, and validate EFT/POS equipment at customer sites, conducting field visits for installations, replacements, repairs, and upgrades. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues affecting payment terminals, then train merchants and end users on proper equipment use and basic troubleshooting. Escalate complex technical issues to supervisors until resolution is achieved while ensuring compliance with security standards and health & safety requirements. Maintain strong client relationships through professional customer support and perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor. Rotate working hours with other team members as required.
