Job Summary
CNC Operator/General Production on 2nd Shift (Mon-Thurs 11am-9pm) in Howell, MI. Operates and sets up Vertical Mill CNC and Gantry Horizontal Mill machines to produce parts per specifications, performs quality inspections with calipers and gauges, sets up tooling and machine parameters, and supports with general shop activities, inventory, and safety-focused production flow.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings for machine setup and quality control
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and consistent attendance
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
- Basic experience with hand tools
- CNC experience (operation and/or programming) preferred but not required
- Forklift experience or willingness to become certified preferred
