Job Summary
Manage the electronic filing process for multiple cases and ensure timely submissions; coordinate with attorneys and paralegals to gather necessary documents for filings; verify accuracy before submission; stay updated on court rules and filing requirements; call courts or e-filing vendors to resolve issues; train and supervise entry-level filing clerks; maintain e-filing registrations and login credentials; support Sr. Docketing Manager with e-filing registrations and admissions renewals; adapt to hybrid work schedule in US offices; provide reliable, accurate, and timely filing support for legal teams.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in electronic filing
- In-depth knowledge of court filing procedures and PACER/e-filing systems
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Ability to review documents for accuracy and ensure compliance with court requirements
- Experience training or supervising entry-level filing clerks
- Sedentary work capable
- Training in additional legal/administrative areas is a plus
