Job Summary
Prepare and comfort pediatric patients for procedures, take diagnostic radiographs, and perform restorative tasks such as placing fillings, sealants, and fluoride applications. Set up, clean, and maintain treatment rooms while upholding OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards. Deliver post-op instructions, maintain accurate patient records, and provide oral hygiene education. Work full-time or part-time Monday, Thursday, Friday, with travel required between Carlisle, Harrisburg, Mechanicsburg, and Camp Hill. Active EFDA license and valid X-ray certification are required.
Required Qualifications
- Active EFDA License for PA or Completion of Dental Assistant Program
- Current CPR Certification (training available in-house)
- Valid PA X-Ray License
- Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
- A commitment to safety, compliance, and compassionate care
- Willingness to travel between pediatric locations in Carlisle, Harrisburg, and Camp Hill as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Open Dental software
- Previous pediatric dental experience
