Job Summary
Perform routine diagnostic studies including electroencephalography (EEG), nerve conduction studies (NCS), and evoked potentials (EP) across neonatal, pediatric, and adult settings. Accurately place electrode systems, modify recording strategies based on patient data, and process studies for physician review. Document procedures, maintain records, and conduct system calibrations and quality control tasks per MTF policies. Recognize and institute emergency measures for cardiac or respiratory arrest, while serving as a training proctor for new technicians. Requires ABRET certification, ACLS/BLS, and minimum one year of post-graduate clinical experience. Schedule runs Sunday through Saturday from 5:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., primarily in 12-hour shifts with potential overtime. Join Resolution Think LLC's joint venture at Carl R. Required Qualifications
- US Citizenship
- Must complete an accredited EEG technologist training program and be formally trained as an Electroencephalogram (EEG) Technician
- Must be ABRET-certified EEG Technician through the American Board of Registration of Electroencephalographic and Evoked Potential Technologists (ABRET)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and (BLS) Basic Life Support. American Heart association
- Minimum 1 year of post-graduate clinical experience within the last 2 years performing EEG procedures
- Schedule will occur between 5:30a-10:30pm Sunday-Saturday; primarily 12hr shifts but may include up to 16hr shifts
- Schedule may require overtime
