EEG Technician (Full-Time, Temporary, Days)

EEG Technician performs standard EEGs in hospital settings with Day shift, 8-hour days, and temporary status. Requires CPR certification and registration as an Electroencephalographic Technologist (R. EEG T.) within 18 months of hire. Two years of hospital EEG experience preferred. Responsibilities include conducting wake, drowsy, and sleep EEGs across settings, learning to perform extended/continuous EEGs with video, scheduling patients, and handling charge entries. Must demonstrate technical competence, professional judgment, and effective communication with patients and families in crisis. Benefits include comprehensive coverage and PTO. Location: Chico, CA.
