Job Summary
Draft and prosecute U.S. and international patent applications for sophisticated technology clients while advising on patent strategy and portfolio development. Work directly with inventors, engineers, and in-house counsel to handle technologies in telecommunications, AI, software, and computer systems. Collaborate with attorneys across a broad national IP platform to manage multiple matters. This role offers direct client exposure and meaningful responsibility within an expanding IP practice at MNF Global, a national legal search firm focused on IP, patent, and technology attorney placements.
Required Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- USPTO registration
- Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related technical degree
- Minimum of 2 years of law firm patent prosecution experience
- Strong patent drafting and prosecution background
