Required Qualifications
- at least 2 years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution
- degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, or physics
- 2+ years of experience in drafting and prosecuting U.S. and international patent applications in electrical, and software-related technologies
- Eligibility to practice before the USPTO
