Job Summary
Lead hardware R&D for Modular IPC and Industrial PC products, managing the full lifecycle from customer requirement analysis and specification definition through schematic design, PCB layout review, board bring-up, and mass production introduction. Independently execute hardware debugging, root cause analysis, and technical risk tracking to ensure project timelines, quality, and cost targets are met. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including BIOS/firmware, software, thermal, EMC, and manufacturing to drive development and problem resolution. Manage the hardware engineering team by assigning tasks, conducting design reviews, and mentoring talent. Evaluate new product feasibility and technical solutions for Intel/AMD x86 platforms, NVIDIA GPU modules, and high-speed interfaces. Explore AI-assisted development tools and automation scripts to enhance design efficiency and knowledge management.
Required Qualifications
- 電機、電子、通訊工程或相關科系學士以上
- 10 年以上 Computer Hardware / Board-Level Hardware Design 相關工作經驗
- 團隊管理、Technical Lead 或專案領導經驗
- x86 Computer、Industrial PC、Embedded System、Server、Workstation 或相關電腦產品硬體開發經驗
- 實際 Schematic Design、PCB Layout Review、Board Bring-up 及 Hardware Debug 經驗
- 能獨立進行新產品硬體架構規劃及技術可行性評估
Desired Qualifications
- 願意探索並導入 LLM / AI 輔助開發工具(如 Codex ,claude code , Copilot, RAG 機制),提升硬體團隊之設計、文件化與知識檢析效率
- 可結合 Python 或 EDA 工具腳本(TCL/SKILL),建立硬體設計自動化流程(如 BOM 比對、規則檢查、測試數據自動處理)
- 可利用 AI / 資料分析工具對量測 Log、波形數據或測試結果進行自動化彙整與異常分析
- 對生成式 AI 技術趨勢有熱情，能主動尋找 AI 在硬體開發場景中的應用點
