Job Summary
EE Architect role responsible for developing organization-wide architectures for electrical hardware design across the SMB LaserJet portfolio, leading part qualification processes, driving long-term EE system architecture strategies, evaluating new technologies and outsourced partnerships, integrating new technologies into projects, ensuring designs comply with guidelines, tracking performance metrics, and mentoring junior staff; requires expertise in C++, MATLAB, Python, FPGA, PCB design, Schematic Capture, and cross-organizational leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Electrical Engineering, or commensurate work experience
- Typically has 15+ years of work experience in electrical design and related fields
