Job Summary
Mentor and coach a small cohort of learners through inquiry-led, explicit learning aligned with NESA requirements. Design integrated, real-world learning experiences that track academic, social, and emotional growth while collaborating across disciplines to deliver transdisciplinary programs. Facilitate inquiry blocks connected to syllabus outcomes, support personalized growth plans, and partner with families to foster learner development. Engage in structured professional development within a collaborative team culture. This role contributes to building a distinctive senior school model from the ground up, offering structured growth plans and aligned salary packaging.
Required Qualifications
- NESA-recognised teaching qualification
- Current NESA accreditation (or eligibility)
- Valid NSW Working With Children Check (Employee)
- Must hold current right to work in Australia
- Commitment to and/or appreciation of Islamic values consistent with Unity Grammar's ethos
- Depth in at least one discipline (Mathematics, English, HSIE, Technology, Geography, PDHPE or related areas)
