Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of the Early Learning Center and Extended Care Program while collaborating with administration to ensure compliance and consistency. Plan and implement engaging instruction in a 90/10 Spanish immersion model, delivering lessons primarily in Spanish while supporting bilingual language development. Guide ECE teachers and extended care staff, manage scheduling and student transitions, and communicate student needs and program updates to families in both English and Spanish. Create a safe, faith-filled classroom environment that fosters positive behavior, social-emotional growth, and culturally responsive learning experiences. Build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues to support a welcoming Catholic community.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 45 ECE credits or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Early Learning, or a related field

- Experience working in early childhood education
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
- Understanding of and commitment to dual-language immersion education and bilingual learning environments
