Job Summary
Lead classroom instruction and coordinate daily operations for the Early Learning Center and Extended Care Program. Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate activities primarily in Spanish within the school's 90/10 dual-language immersion model. Oversee staff, assist with scheduling and student transitions, and foster a collaborative, faith-filled environment. Support bilingual language development, social-emotional needs, and family communication in both English and Spanish. Participate in school leadership activities and contribute to a welcoming Catholic community.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 45 ECE credits or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Early Learning, or a related field

- Experience working in early childhood education
- Fluency in both Spanish and English
