Job Summary
Educator, RN facilitates assigned clinical educational events/skills training for RNs and other clinical professionals, supports planning and development of training with the Education Specialist, runs and evaluates clinical scenarios, maintains simulators, processes rubrics and evaluations, and aids in coordination of educational events. Requires a licensed RN (compact/multi-state preferred) with 5 years of professional nursing experience and knowledge of adult education principles and instructional media to drive outcomes and professional development.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Current RN license to practice in the state where work is being performed
- Compact (multi-state) License in their primary state of residence
- Meets contact hour requirements, including all state-required courses
- 5 years’ experience including professional RN practice
