Job Summary
As an Educator at Pathlight School, you will deliver engaging lessons aligned with the national curriculum while catering to students with autism and related conditions. Responsibilities include planning lessons, monitoring student progress, and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs). You will foster a safe and conducive learning environment, support professional development, manage daily administrative tasks, and engage with families and stakeholders to enhance student outcomes. Candidates should possess a minimum of a Diploma or GCE 'A' Levels and demonstrate a passion for helping special needs students.
Required Qualifications
- Min. Diploma or GCE 'A' Levels
- Passion to help special needs students
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong critical-thinking and creativity
- Good instructional skills
Desired Qualifications
- Teaching qualifications from NIE e.g. Diploma in Special Education (DISE) or its equivalent
