Job Summary
Educator/Key Holder with responsibility for leading store floor operations and coaching educators to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Drive sales and meet business metrics through strong floor management, training and coaching, and maintaining brand standards. Open and close procedures as part of Key Holder duties, ensure compliance with cannabis regulations and company policies, and maintain product knowledge. Build lasting customer relationships, engage with local businesses and community events, and support operational excellence in a regulated retail environment including potential in-store tobacco vape promotions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1-3 years floor management experience
- Can Sell certification required
- Criminal Background check required
